The documentations for first-time installers recommend 1.17.x version of Go. Should that be updated to 1.18.x? #3680

I noticed we're upgrading from Golang 1.18.x to 1.19.x
However, the documentation for first-time installers still recommends installing 1.17.x. Should that be changed to either 1.18.x or 1.19.x?

1.19.X

We now use go 1.19.X for some of the repos and there is an open issue tracking the progress.

@ankitm123 I'd be happy to update it. Is there anything else in docs which needs updating regarding the Golang update? I can pack the changes in a single PR.

I think for now, just changing it to 1.19.X is fine.
