Orgs not supported on non-github repos #1505

The following config does not work on gitlab: (orgs are ignored)


    tide:
      queries:
      - labels:
        - approved
        - lgtm
        orgs:
        - myorg
        repos:
        - otherorg/myrepo

only otherorg/myrepo is processed and myorg is ignored.
