• BUG: Assigning a transaction to a rollup category (a category with children, for instance
  in the default account set - assigning a transaction to Salary rather than one of its
  children) did not get added to the totals for that rollup.
• IMPROVEMENT: Use UUIDs for account identification instead of fullNames + account
  type so that duplicate account names will work. Prior to this, a duplicate was
  ignored with a warning.
