db files expand quickly

HI,thank you for providing such a convenient tool.But i get a strange problem.
When i run the tool just as the approches in wiki page,the program in CMD window seems to be in a infinite loop.It has no output message.But when i check the db files,they becom very huge.So I have to kill the process.

Here ary my nodes.csv and rels.csv:

nodes.csv - 12MB
i:id
2677005291
2697649710
1843482392
...

rels.csv - 46MB
start:id \t end:id \t type
2923070697 2012087462 1
2923070697 1944132407 1
2923070697 1362126140 1
...

Finally the db files expand to 20GB or more.

So can you tell me how to fix it ?
