as the title..

People would like to make a device totally offline and have the feature of permafrost vault. but for example, if people use a iphone or android phone, they set up the permafrost vault, and after they close the browser and restart it, it has to connect to internet again in order to load arweave.app again...

Is it possible to have an app for this?

Is there any plan to improve the QR code scan. I found it's really hard to send a tx using the Permafrost vault.

The webpage is supposed to be "offline ready" automatically once loaded. I'll see if any checks are missing to make sure that the user is notified if this isn't the case.

There is an option in the settings page to install arweave.app as an application. This should ensure that the website is fully available offline.

As for the QR code scanner, it should use the native software available on newer phones to scan as fast as possible and automatically improve, and has a fallback mode when native scan is not available. I'm not sure that the fallback mode will be improved much unless there are any significant changes to the underlying scanner code base.
