Describe the bug

With Artifactory Plugin 3.3.4 -> Maven tasks are not working as expected.

With Maven Artifactory 3 Task we run 'clean package' and select the "Deploy Maven Artifacts" checkbox the artifacts don't get deployed.
With Maven Artifactory 3 Task we run 'clean deploy', artifacts get deployed.

To Reproduce

Install Artifactory Bamboo Plugin 3.3.4
Configure the Maven Artifactory 3 Task
Configure 'clean package' and select the "Deploy Maven Artifacts"
Run the build

Expected behavior
The artifacts should be uploaded to Artifactory

Bamboo Artifactory plugin version: 3.3.4
Bamboo operating system: 8.2.4 & 9.5.2

Additional context
The same configuration works as expected in Artifactory Bamboo Plugin 3.2.9
