Need a sample program to get the artificatory properties and add properties

Hi,
I spent a lot of time getting the specific certificatory and adding a property to that artifactory.
My requirement is to get the Properties on a particular docker artifactory, verify if the property (env:qa) exists and set the property if doesn't exist. I also want if the property is recursive or not.

ex:
Name: v1.0.0
Repository Path: ora-infra-docker/base/amazon/aws-efs-csi-driver/v1.0.0/
