1. Removes redundant `num_class ` parameter 2. Adds `verbose_eval` to parameter list. While using the library many times I found it annoying to not be able to toggle this, hence adding to class init 3. Instead of random splitting - using stratified split based on class labels. Makes for a better split than random split in most cases
