Convert Meteor package into 2 NPM modules, ala Dragula (React)

• raw JS (CS)
• React (wrapping the above dependency)

Soft intro to and base example for

• the above
• AVA + Wallaby tests though CI/CD
• Using
  • CoffeeScript
  • Pug (Jade)
    with each other and with (React Wrapper) NPM modules
• Import- and using React wrapper NPM modules

Could also do something visual, like glow on section begins, and fade to base color as it approaches section ends.
