How to find an abandoned change that touched a file?

Hi all,

I remember a few weeks ago making a change to a file (of the pattern analyze_*.py - I can't even remember the exact name!), and I've since abandoned the change that contains this edit. Is there anyway to search through abandoned changes to try and restore this?

There might be a better way, but I think you can scan jj op log --summary output to find the bad operation and commit.

Yea, my work around for now was:

git log --all --stat | grep 'analyze_' # to find the file name
git log --all -- $actual_path

Then I ran jj duplicate -r $sha_from_git_log.

Based on the responses, I don’t think the tooling to interrogate the operation log for changes affecting specific file(set)s exists right now.
