Update Matrix Action

Currently, I automatically fetch and build a matrix for NodeJS versions on lambda. The two docs I depend on for current version support are no longer up to date:

• https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/gh/awsdocs/aws-lambda-developer-guide/doc_source/lambda-runtimes.md
• nodejs14.x support lambci/docker-lambda#329

As a result, versions for NodeJS 14 have not been automatically published.

Problems:

• CDN Caching
  • Purge API use to update @latest and @[version] URLs jsdelivr/jsdelivr#18124
  • https://purge.jsdelivr.net/gh/awsdocs/aws-lambda-developer-guide/doc_source/lambda-runtimes.md
• lambci
  • nodejs14.x support lambci/docker-lambda#329

Solutions:

• Wait and see if the problem goes away
• Find a new webpage and docker image to use for the matrix
  • https://hub.docker.com/r/amazon/aws-lambda-nodejs
  • https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lambda/latest/dg/lambda-runtimes.html
• Just hardcode it (but then it never updates…)

It appears that the problem will not go away on its own. I will pursue an automatically updating solution.

    • Not as clean as the original https://rawgit.com/ service, but provides the perfect solution with development urls that update every few minutes
