Post full URLs to hipchat, not just relative paths #21

The hipchat notifier posts (Open) links into the hipchat, but they are relative path's like /job/metrics/68/ instead of a full URL like http://xxxx/job/metrics/68/.

I have set my "Jenkins URL" in the HipChat config but notifications are still only showing up as relative paths.
