I read the documentation on the README.md file and I don't find any relevant information about this issue. Debug logI do not have debug logs, since it's hard to know when it won't work and I do not have much storage space allowing me to keep the logs enabled for an extended period of time.

Hello @chaptergy , With Sonoff TRVZB you should not configure the Closing degree as documented. This lead to a bug in the Sonoff climate havec_action. |

Thanks for the prompt reply! Unfortunately I did not stumble across this notice for the Sonoff TRVs, so thanks for the hint. I removed the closing degree everywhere, but unfortunately I am still experiencing these issues, this time the heater running far beyond the target temperature. To be fair, it is one of the other heaters now, but the problem seems to be very similar. So I assume the root cause is likely the same. Thermostathvac_modes: off, auto, heat

Hello @chaptergy , In the curve I see that power_percent is 0 but the temperature increase. Because power_percent, VTherm can't do less.
If all of those test are fine, I don't have any more clues to check. |

All those checks passed, and there definitely isn't another heat source. But I did discover, that when I disconnected the closing degree entities, they we're in a state other than 100% and were stuck there. So I'm fairly certain this ist what caused the second behavior. I'm optimistic about it and will close this issue, hopefully none of the two things will show up again 🤞 Thanks for all your support! |

Oh yes, closing degree should at 100% else the TRV will not totally close . I will add this in the troubleshooting documentation. |
