cannot install on ionic 1 #267

I have installed with bower on directory lib, but when I launch the command : cordova build ios
I get the error

encrypt: /Users/benjaminfuentes/git/caceis_v2/platforms/android/assets/www/lib/angular-cache/rollup.config.js
Error: EISDIR: illegal operation on a directory, read

Any idea ?

The angular-cache folder is normally installed on the directory lib :/
