Subject: [PATCH] Fix Rockland Radio URL

The domain name stream.rockland.de doesn't resolve anymore.

Through the webplayer at https://radioplayer.rockland.de/ I found
https://streams.rockland.de/ which conveniently links to the
country-wide stream.
