Problems with the bibliography

Dear professor,

I have the problem that the bibliography doesn't appear, and when I try to cite the references in the text it doesn't appear. It gives me several warnings, including the ones attached below.
Could you help me?

template.tex: aviso: : citation '1' was not found at all in the .bbl file, bibliography labels cannot be generated, please correct the citation.
chapter2edit.tex: aviso: 41: Citation '1' on page 2 undefined
template.tex: aviso: 214: Empty bibliography

I believe you are not citing in the correct way.

Please have a look at the original template and see how to cite properly.

Take the original template a compile it. Do you get the citations/bibliography ok?

If you do, the you are doing something wrong in the way you are citing. Learn hoe to do it…

If you don't, then you are not (LaTeX) compiling properly. Learn how to do it in whatever environment you are using.

The problem is when I compile TexStudio because I just downloaded the .zip file again and ran it and the bibliography doesn't appear at the end. All the chapters appear but that.
And I already have it set to “biber” in the compilation settings.
Can you help me?

In "Preferences->Build", change:

• "Default Compiler" to "Latexmk"
• "Default Bibliography Tool" to "Biber"

It worked on my computer with texstudio. Should work in yours as well.

I've already done this with latexmk and when I run it I get this error.
Does the teacher remember if you had to install something like this “perl”?

The error message is clear. You have to install perl.
