hide/disable certain code actions

Is there a way to "turn off" a code action that I never use? E.g. with missing sigs, even if I do "quickfix" I still have to make the choice between 1. add the signature or 2. turn off the warning. I always want 1. Can I hide/disable 2.? I couldn't find anything relevant in the elisp.
