Validation test dataset

Hi Jody,

I'm hoping to find a test validation dataset to confirm TBProfiler is working as expected on my system and I was wondering if you might be able to share the raw TBProfiler results or performance characteristics for the 713 samples from the PRJEB10385 ENA project that were used in the TBProfiler paper or direct me to who I could contact to ask about this? (S4 table from Additional file 2)
