Data in logistic regression chapter (16)

Hi Joel and thank you for a really great and outstanding book.

In the beginning of chapter 16 you build xs and ys based on data. However, the book does not make any suggestion as to where to find this data. Of course, if one goes to this repo the missing pieces can be found but I think the book shouldn't depend on the repo.
