Unable to deploy shiny-phyloseq on remote server

I really enjoy using your phyloseq project.
I tried to deploy shiny-phyloseq on a Ubuntu 16.04 remote server by git clone this repository under /srv/shiny-server, and added config information in /etc/shiny-server/shiny-server.config

   location /shiny-phyloseq {
   app_dir /srv/shiny-server/shiny-phyloseq;
   log_dir /var/log/shiny-server;
  }

But I was not able to get access from local browser.

I also tried other shiny apps like shinycircos and shinyheatmap. Both of them worked pretty well.

I wonder whether there`s a way to solve this problem. Many thanks
