In using this data in a project, the following 4 dim objects were absent from the stars being presented in a chart.
The limiting mag was 5.02, and these 4 are dimmer than that limit.

5737,Psc,0.3267406477984586,0.13423509176668205,5.21,ζ Psc,,0.145,-0.055689999999999996,0.018760000000000002,15.0,7344

All except 62223 are doubles that get a boosted magnitude when combined with a close companion.

If these 4 are removed, then the dimmest star referenced in the constellation lines will be mag 5.02 (according to Hipparcos Vmag data).
