Course translation to Spanish

I love this initiative, the content of the course and would definitely love to help.

I'd be happy to translate the content of the course to Spanish (I'm a native Spanish speaker and also have experience with Image processing + CV). Happy to open a PR for the whole course/per each chapter or whatever suits better!

To keep it simple, we could start with small PRs for each section/chapter which are better for reviewing!
