Bug: Investigate why MHQ and other vehicles go missing #116

MHQ seems to delete sending the marker to 0,0.
Suspected Garbage cleaner (maybe need to figure out how to set vehicles inside zones as exceptions or turn off vehicle deletion and use wreck only)
