Since https://github.com/chilipeppr/serial-port-json-server is the current git, I was going to post an issue there, however issues are disabled for the fork.
These can be enabled by going to the fork page (https://github.com/chilipeppr/serial-port-json-server), hitting Settings and checking 'Issues' to enable (assuming you want them enabled over there!)
