huawei & MI app console remove my app

We found that it does not display correctly when selecting country after entry of [(CN)+86] function in your app (for example, some of the regions should not be shown as countries), [Suggestion]: Please change [Select Country] to [Select Country / region]

when selecting code of country up side it's showing "Select Country" we have to Change it to "Select Country / region"

Pls tell me how can i fix this or you'll fix?
