The ECHO command currently does nothing. It should cause characters to be printed to the specified channel: ECHO(channel).

ECHO is used in Stuga in the FNS$ function which is used for actions that take some time completing, such as sleeping, riding the elevator, waiting, walking, etc. I'm still not sure what effect it's used for. Possibly to hide the cursor.
