What Domain Problem Is Being Solved

  • why are we making this feature reqeuest and how are we hoping to fix it?

The new patient encounter form submission button can be clicked multiple times making duplicate entries.

Technical Scope

Add some logic to prevent duplicate encounter form submissions, but allowing future attempts if previous submissions failed.
