Apparently also called DataFlash. Doesn't seem to have many manufacturers.

Example chips in the series:

Numonix (ST->Micron) M45PE16 [obsolete]
Adesto AT45DB021E

Actually it seems these are both 25-series compatible. Odd.

They do have an incompatible pinout though
