berks promote ENV COOKBOOD issue while using berkshelf #196

while

 knife spork promote test lab_audit

I got:

Adding version constraint lab_audit = 0.1.0
Saving changes to test.json
ERROR: Errno::ENOENT: No such file or directory @ rb_sysopen - /home/pmichalec/hg2g/workspace-chef/chef-repo/berks-environments/test.json

well there is 'berks-cookbooks' directory, but environments are in chef-repo/environments and that's what chef-repo/.chef/knife.rb has configured.
