I have multiple runtimes installed, and I would like to use .NET 6.0 (because a dependency does not support 8.0 yet).
By default it seems that .NET 8.0 is used. How do I select .NET 6.0?

C# > System.Runtime.InteropServices.RuntimeInformation.FrameworkDescription
.NET 8.0.8
