When you have lots of stashed tabs, many of which could stay for some months untouched, it is very useful to be able to write a note associated with each tab - what to look for it and why that tab is kept there in the first place.
Preferred Solution(s)
Clicking a button to show a note-filling field seems like a legit idea...
Alternative Solution(s)
Can't think of anything more appropriate for this specific case.

Without having tried it, I suspect notes about tab groups/windows would be more useful.
I am far from convinced that Tab Stash is the ideal component to implement that feature. The Snooze Tabs extension is not in good shape, but I think it makes more sense in that use case. This was basically already requested in Snooze Tabs's ticket #482. Which is far from surprising given how closely related Snooze Tabs and Tab Stash are.
