Show item sources in item modal

[ ] The Item Modal should display where that item drops from.

e.g. the modal for Origin Story should display that it is a part of the 'Vanguard Tactician Gear: Weapons and armor obtained by carrying out special operations for Zavala.' set.

[ ] Also, would be neat if it could link through to the set page.
