Issue with menu/header on mobile

When I open the site on mobile, there is no menu, triple lines, in the top left to click on. However, when I rotate to landscape the menu appears. Rotating back to portrait keeps the menu visible until next time I return to the site. Attaching screenshots for a visual. Currently using an OG Pixel and it happens using both chrome and Vivaldi.

Just tried in chrome and Vivaldi on Android and yes, the menu is missing on initial load, until I rotate the screen.
