Support for fbp.json file

The fbp.json file will be treated as a "directory", much like JavaFBP jar file.

Before using "Choose Component" function with JSON notation, the user will be asked if s/he wishes to locate the fbp.json file.

If yes, go to File/Locate fbp.json file... There is a copy in GitHub/drawfbp/docs - download is not working - please do a copy and paste from this file.
