Bullet Points

I would like to use dashes instead of bullet points or alternatively be able to edit the size of the bullet point/checkbox as they are very big compared to the size of the text that I use. To be able to use dashes instead of bullet points, I have to put a dash in another window and then copy and paste it, otherwise it automatically turns into a bullet point/checkbox
