`showQuestionNumbers: "onpanel"` isn't support in survey plugin #3425

In SurveyJS, we can set question number in the panel (see pic), but it's disabled in jspsych survey.

BTW, why does a strange scrollbar appear in the panel's question? Is there an issue with the width?
