make auto preload method aware of timeline variables

Currently any media defined as a timeline variable will not be automatically preloaded (though it can be manually preloaded using options in jsPsych.init). It should be possible to intelligently scan the timeline variables during the preloading phase to determine what media elements should be automatically preloaded.
