Hypothetically speaking, if a scopes name doesn't comply with JSR's naming guidelines, is there any process one could go through to have it be renamed? But also have anyone using the old name be redirected? In a similar fashion to how GitHub handles renaming of repos?

There currently isnt a process for this nor capability for redirecting a scope to another one
