Hi,
Due to usage of an outdated SDK some recent regions are not considered valid and STS regional endpoint functionality is not used in such scenarios.
Currently (AWS SDK v1.8.7) the following regions mentioned in AWS docs are not supported:
af-south-1 ap-east-1 ap-northeast-3 eu-south-1 eu-west-3 eu-north-1 me-south-1
Bumping AWS SDK to v1.38.0 seems to do the trick.
