destroying a bunch of applications turned them to a uncomitted state

Look at the deploy button, no uncomitted changes. I deployed canonical kubernetes, then went to each application and destroyed it. When I hit commit a bunch of messages flew by about removing them but the applications turn into an uncomitted blue ciricle vs going away and there's no uncommitted changes.
