Ability to edit name, remove / delete an individual item from Completed Items in Shopping Lists

My problem or user issue :-)
I cannot just delete one item from the Completed Items list in a shopping list
I don't always want to add Completed Items back into the main Shopping List, also would be good to be able to edit the item names.
The only option I can see at present is to delete the whole Completed List which I do not want to do, as I'd like to keep track of the history.

Made Completed Items names editable and individually deletable.
