Is your idea or proposal related to a problem? Please describe.
I've got an Anthropic API key I've been using for other things, but don't have an OpenAI key (only want to pay for one at this point). RecipeSage currently only supports OpenAI 😢

Describe your idea or proposal
Would be nice to support other AI backends like Anthropic, or self-hosted solutions like Ollama.

Additional context
Just wanted to create this ticket to see if this has been looked into at all yet.

I'd love to do this but it'd require switching out to something like vercel's ai package. I currently use the OpenAI libs directly.
