No OPs appearing in the area of Lyon #30

I am zooming in the area around Lyon. I try to select the OPs: FROM Lyon Perrache TO Lyon Parte Dieu.
No OP appears in the area. If I move towards other areas, for example in Belgium the OPs are displayed. (I don't see the 3 dots moving in the right upper corner).

From the same browser today I see the OP, I select it but then it gets stuck there and the FROM: field is not filled in.

Today, I cannot see OPs in the area again. The same issue is reported by an external user so the behaviour can be reproduced.
