Describe the bug
On Ragnarök Bridge, Irvines texture bleeds onto the floor.

To Reproduce
walk onto Ragnarök bridge with poly-up set to high poly mode

AMD 6800XT

Odin was able to Repo and has done an initial assessment using renderdoc

Additional context
i believe VRAM overrun, HighPoly mode swaps all the low poly single texture models for the double 2 texture modes and i think its bleeding into space the game expects to be blank.
