The RVA sample report is not available on the NCATS site. If anyone can find it and submit it, that would be great.

I found one other NCATS report that wasn't on this list and will be submitting a PR shortly with these NCATS reports.

I can't find the RVA report with duckduckgo or google under the name RVA-Sample-Report.pdf, I guess nobody uploaded it in an indexed place. Using archive.org I did find another sample report under this ncats folder, not sure if we want to add sample reports in the first place: https://www.us-cert.gov/sites/default/files/resources/ncats/PCA%20Sample%20Report_508-Compliant.pdf
