There are requirements for using the Hugo plugin, which we could document in the README.

For example, the following folders are necessary for the script to create languages.toml and `i18n/en.toml

./config/_default/
./i18n/

Automatic Hugo menu.yaml generation landed in cssg-plugin-hugo which didn't make it to the readme yet. Please document the approach and make field names configurable
