I searched for dependabot and pre-commit PRs to get them merged across the org and saw a few repo's with test failures in the CI system we should try to resolve.

coming back to vacation backlog, I'll look at dockerspawner and traefik-proxy first.

quick peek, many (possibly most) are related to breaking changes in pytest-asyncio, see jupyterhub/jupyterhub#4664 . A temporary pin like jupyterhub/jupyterhub#4663 should work in several cases.
