Spreading meeting facilitator responsibility

We currently have monthly meetings in alternating timezones, and for some time now @sgibson91 has been facilitating them all, initially in her role as Community Strategic Lead, but has continued doing so without it being official responsibility for quite some time now.

We should spread this responsibility across the project so it doesn't all rest on Sarah, especially the UTC AM meeting that runs pretty late in the evening for those of us in Europe.

Action items:

• one or more volunteers to facilitate the UTC PM meeting (next one is September)
• decide and document how we want to spread the (e.g. single person for each time slot, use a roster, rotation, or more ad hoc) so that responsibility is taken explicitly rather than falling on someone by default

If we want a roster, I am happy to be added to a roster of facilitators for the UTC AM meeting. I usually attend the UTC PM meeting, but this Fall I will likely have conflicts, so probably shouldn't commit to being available to facilitate that one.

I can create a checklist of the tasks I perform and when and add it to the team-compass. I've been managing this via my Todoist so far.

The morning meetings usually clash with something else, but I should be able to facilitate some of the afternoon meetings for the first hour assuming they change with daylight savings time. Not sure about September though, I might be away.
