Ok, guys.
Maybe do you have any recommendations to server parameters? cpu\ram? for 4 jam clients.
Looks like 1 shared cpu and 1gb ram enough for 4 clients. On my mind ninjam it's cpu bound stuff(decoding\encoding, networking). Any suggestions?

While there are no specified CPU/RAM guidelines, there are at least network requirements which would be the largest limiting factor to having a good Ninjam experience.
