Commit Message as Description

Is there a way to automatically pass commit message as description?

[Not-Releated with this issue but I wan't to thank you. I was searching a way to release maven applications easily, I searched for nearly a week, tested so many things, even tried GitHub's guide, but none of them worked. Then I came across with this project, I installed in 5-10 minutes, and it worked! Thank you for such a good project.]
